Hi, I’m Catherine, a person who stutters and a speech language pathologist. I’ve been in your shoes — isolated, frustrated by how restricting my life seemed because of stuttering, and above all, scared to death of stuttering.

But I learned over the years that it’s ok to stutter. After I gave myself permission to stutter, my world opened up. I realized that stuttering wasn’t holding me back, but my fear of stuttering was.
